Hmm . . . I guess if you compare both of their “feeling replaced” episodes. But pretty much the only resemblance is the fact that both felt like someone was taking their place.
Personally, I think Rocky’s ep was done WAY better. You could really see why he felt that way, to begin with, Jason was the red ranger that he replaced, so him coming back was bound to make Rocky nervous. Everyone was so thrilled to have Jason back, he was amazingly hot, an awesome fighter/ranger, and everyone wanted to hang with him instead.
Theo, however, was upset cause Lily was spending a lot of time with Casey, the new guy who was just thrown into the whole rangering deal. Even though Lily assured him that wasn’t true.
Plus, Theo blamed Casey for it all— of course— and caused a big rift between the three rangers for the whole ep. Rocky resented Jason, but he at least had the decency to keep it a little quieter. And he had a real nice apology at the end, unlike Theo as well.
I hate Theo.
Also, Jason handled the whole thing SO nicely, whereas Casey . . .
Anyway, I don’t even know if that was the connection between Rocky and Theo you were talking about, it was the only thing I could think of. But I don’t think the characters really had anything in common.

So the new ep was pretty cool!!!! Didn't love the scenes with Lily and Camille together (seemed a little forced and predictable) but otherwise I thought it was really cool! And the end was sweet.

Yeah, I thought the JKP scene was a little weird. I mean, who would talk to a girl your own age like she was 5? Granted it's PR, but they still aren't usually that bad. Loved all the villain focus in the ep though, that was awesome I love the Camille/Dai Shi thing going on. Though did anyone else think it was strange when she called him Jarrod??? Unfortunately they seem to be setting up for a definite turning good at the end That sucks.

RJ was suddenly hot in the last ep . . . kinda weird And I liked it overall too. At first I thought it was kinda repetetive, but then I realized it really wasn't. It was way better than the other two "master" episodes. It was cool having a little background on RJ too. Dai Shi is still my main squeeze

I liked the ep a lot. I had the same first thoughts, like "ANOTHER old master-guy???" But this one actually went somewhere! I didn't realize Master Swoop and Master whats-his-name were actually Lily and Theo's new masters . . . I kinda thought that was just a one-episode thing. It was really cool to see RJ kicking ass again! He's so awesome. And Dai-Shi of course is amazing as ever Nice not seeing too much of Theo too

I'm really getting into Jungle Fury, it's been fun to watch. Which is strange because it isn't the type of season I would typically really like. But it's different. Most of the characters are a good mix of funny and real, nothing is too dramatic but there are still some intense moments. I also like how they focus on training and preparing for each fight. Even the main villain has a teacher and knows he has room to improve-- which is a great change from the over-confidence of most incompetent villains. I'm looking forward to seeing if RJ becomes a ranger, and if we get a new one sometime too I'm not a spoiler fan so I haven't looked into any of it yet, but it'll be fun to wait and see. Maybe we'll even get something more than chemistry between some of the characters

Yeah, they've been takning a lot of weird breaks. I'll get the schedule up on the episodes page on the site soon so we can all keep track I didn't like the last episode at all really. I hate Fran so I didn't want to see any more of her (I think she's a whiny bitch, personally ). And although I really like Lily, I thought her storyline was very abrupt so I didn't enjoy it. One of the main things I love about her is that she doesn't take any shit from anyone, so when she was all of a sudden doing everything for everyone I thought it was really odd. And the wolf-thing . . . was weird.
