I don't know much about the new season as usual, other than it airs in February. There certainly isn't as much web buzz as there was even for PRJF. So if anyone has any news, please share! And aside from that, what are you hoping to see???

Amazing for it only being a month away, I haven't heard hardly anything either! I really hope they go for a more real-life thing, instead of things like JF, OO, and SPD, I'd like more of a NS, DT, or original feel.

I'm with you completely on that. Even NS with it's alter-reality kinda thing was really down to earth and normal, outside of the school they were average kids. All the JF rangers seemed to do was work at the pizza place! Don't get me wrong, I actually really liked the season, but they could have done more outside of rangering. As always though, I'm mostly just hoping for characters I can like

March 7th is the premiere date, from what I've heard!

I like the storyline idea! The whole end-of-the-world thing, with the unfortunate stuck outside while the others hide. And some of the rangers are pretty nice to look at

Me neither! Lucky for me, PR is airing on the only channel I get at all

I was kinda hoping they'd focus more outside the wire, but it was a really good beginning I like some of the rangers already, too.

The first two episodes were a good beginning. I liked the plot. And I also like the military thing. It kind of reminds me of the Stargate SG-1 series.

I was very impressed with the first two episodes, I'm happy to say! They had a mature tone, subtleties not easy to pinpoint that just added to the story so much. The characters so far are promising, Summer is the only one that doesn't interest me so far, I think they should have gone for a change there, but the rest are likable. The whole background is such a step-up, the waste of the earth, the fact that evil actually won. I find myself drawn to imagining those three years of war with Venjix. Was there a ranger team fighting him? And if so . . . but I'll let my plot bunnies rest. I'm looking forward to the next episode very much

I was kinda disappointed with Episode 4 . . . I thought they could have done something much cooler to bring Ziggy onto the team. Tenaya was pretty pointless, that whole storyline felt empty and she was just annoying. Did make me realize how much I wish there was another girl around, though.
The characters are still good, their relationships with each other have chemistry, but this episode just did nothing to the story but add a new ranger.

I kinda felt the same way . . . Tenaya's part could have been really interesting, but they rushed it so much that it didn't make much sense. It was okay, though, for the 4th ep.
